What should i do if i was not home when the delivery was attempted?
The delivery service will contact you to give you more information on where to pick up the package. If they don't contact you, you'll need to contact them directly.
What should i do if i have not received any order confirmation?
If you can't find your order confirmation, it may have ended up in the spam folder in your inbox. Please check here.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, but it can be longer depending on where your order originated. Delays may occur in some cases.
Do you send packages every day of the week?
We only ship parcels from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.
